Newscast Media KAMPALA, Uganda — The Uganda elections on February 18, 2011 will be a pivotal moment for the Pearl of Africa.  Battling for the State House are candidates Yoweri Museveni of the NRM party, Kizza Besigye of IPC and Norbert Mao of DP, including other canditates who are lagging far behind.
